The cancellation policy established for the accommodation is as follows:

You may cancel with the right to a refund up to 21 days before the check-in date.

Therefore, we will refund your deposit* if you cancel more than 21 days prior to arrival.

* Except for cancellation fees (equivalent to 2% of the total booking amount + 2% of the amount paid).

Additionally, an extra 2% fee applies in the following cases:

• Payments made with international cards (outside the SEPA area)

• B2B virtual cards

• American Express (AMEX) cards
